General stuff

  • We are open for deliveries Tuesday - Sunday with routes starting at 12pm, 6pm & 9pm on weekdays and 6pm & 9pm on weekends. However, you can place an order, pay and book your delivery any time of day!


    * Sooke deliveries will be added to the last route of the evening.

  • Absolutely! As long as the item is unopened then you are welcome to exchange or return it for an in-store credit. 

  • No we do not! Our shop is solely an online dispensary.

  • Yes! All customers must register as a member if you would like to place an order.

  • If you have an issue with your order you can email or send us a message through our site chat!

  • If you have any cannabis related questions you are more than welcome to email or send us a message through our site chat!

  • We are located in beautiful Victoria, BC!

  • Yes we do! We ship Canada-wide. All orders receive tracking once your package is shipped with Canada Post. Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.

My account

  • To create an account you can click the Login button on the top right corner of the page. It will take you to the Login page where you will see a "Create An Account" prompt. You will notice that in order to add anything to your cart you will be prompted to create an account. 

  • Your order history is kept and can be accessed through your account. This ensures we can tailor your shopping experience based off your individual preferences! There have also been times where a customer loved a specific product/strain they had but can't remember the name of it. This helps rectify that problem!

  • Once you are logged into your account click the icon in the top right corner. Click "My Account" and that will take you to your account page. In the right hand corner you will see an "Update Info" button which you can click and fill out the necessary fields you need to update.


  • No! There is no minimum amount you have to spend in order to shop with us.

  • Once you have created an account you are free to shop! Just add your items to your cart and when you are ready to check out - follow the prompts! 

    * Please make sure to fill out any specific order or delivery instructions in the "Add Note" section at Checkout, located on the bottom left of your screen.

  • You sure can! If you want to change or cancel your order, just shoot us a message through the chat on the website or you can send us an email at

  • Now that you have placed your order - submit your etransfer to (unless you are paying Cash of course). Once the etransfer is sent, boogie on down and book your delivery!

    * Please note that any Delivery Requests will not be approved until payment is received (unless specified Cash).

  • Happy Hour is every Tuesday - Saturday and from 6pm to 9pm you get an additional 20% off. All you need to do is type "HAPPYHOUR" in the "Enter Promo Code" section of your Cart located on the bottom left side with the "Add a Note" button.


  • We accept cash and etransfer! If paying by etransfer, please send to

    * Please note all FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS must pay by etransfer.

  • Yes you are! To purchase a gift card click the tab "Gift Card" at the top left of the screen. Fill out all the prompts and then add it to your cart!

  • Now that you have paid for your order it's time to book your delivery! Click the "Deliveries" tab on the top left side and select "Inner City", "Outer City", or "Sooke".


    If you are a Gold or Platinum Member wanting to book a 12pm Daytime or Sunday route then select "Daytime (Gold/Platinum Members)" or "Sunday (Platinum Members)".

  • If payment isn't received then at midnight that evening, the order is cancelled and an email confirmation is sent.


  • Depends on where you are located! 

    * Inner City: There is a $5 delivery fee on all orders under $50.

    * Outer City: There is a $10 delivery fee on all orders under $100.

    * Shipping: There is a $25 shipping fee for any mail orders.

  • Outer city areas include Sooke, Sidney, Oak Bay, Cordova Bay, Brentwood Bay, Central Saanich, East Sannich and North Saanich.

  • Now that you have booked your delivery, you will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved. After that you just sit back, relax and let us do the rest!

  • Please allow for up to 2 hours from route start time! Depending on how many deliveries there are, where you are located etc ... will depend on actual drop off time. If you are wanting to inquire about the whereabouts of your order please e-mail or send us a message in the chat! 

    * Please refrain from inquiring about your orders ETA until after the 2 hour time frame has passed. 


    * Our driver does not respond to text messages while on the route. Any inquiries need to be sent to the email or chat.

  • For safety and security purposes, all delivery requests must be to a residential address. We will not meet customers in public places.

  • Inner city areas include Colwood, Esquimalt, Highlands, Langford, Metchosin, Oak Bay, Saanich, Victoria, and View Royal.

  • For safety and security purposes, we do not offer local pick up. 

Loyalty & Rewards

  • We implemented the Loyalty Program so that our customers would have a way to be rewarded for shopping with us!

    Every $1 spent is 1 point. Everyone is automatically entered into the Loyalty Program when you become a Member. The more you shop, the more points you earn. The more points you have,  the higher the Tier. The higher the Tier, the more ways there are to earn and the more Member perks you have. 

  • Below is a list of all the ways you can earn points:

    * Create an account = 5 x points

    * Place an order = 1 point for every $1 spent

    * Leave a product or shop review = 5 x points

    * Happy Birthday! = 5 x points

    * Refer a friend = 10 x points

    * Win a Monthly Giveaway = 20 x points

  • To redeem any rewards you have, click on the Account icon at the top right side of the screen. Click on "My Rewards" and you'll be taken your My Rewards Page. There you will be able to see what's available to redeem, as well as other information such as your points balance, tier information and more!

  • Your points will expire after 1 year. 

  • The Flower Lab Loyalty Program is split into three Tiers. Depending what Tier you are are will determine your rewards.

    Tier 1 (Rose🌹):

    * No min earned points required

    * 100 Points = $20 off orders over $100

    * 50 Points = $10 off orders over $50

    * 25 Points = $5 off for all store products

    Tier 2 (Gold🌟):

    * Min 500 earned points required

    * 95 Points = $20 off orders over $100

    * 45 Points = $10 off orders over $50

    * 24 Points = $5 off for all store products

    Tier 3 (Platinum💎):

    * Min 1000 earned points required

    * 90 Points = $20 off orders over $100

    * 40 Points = $10 off orders over $50

    * 23 Points = $5 off for all store products

Referring friends

  • On the top right side of the page you will see a "Referrals" Tab. This will take you to the Referrals page where you will see a customized link you can copy and share with your friends!

  • When your friend clicks the link, they will be prompted to select "Get Reward" and create an account. Once the account is created, a code is generated that they can copy and paste into the "Apply Promo Code" section on their cart page.  

    After they place an order and it is paid for and fulfilled, you will receive a $10 discount on your next order which will be automatically added to your Rewards page. Additionally, you will also receive an e-mail to use the reward.

  • Nope! You can refer as many friends as you'd like - the more, the merrier!

  • All of the entries are put into a random online generator that selects an entry for us. Once we have our winners, we will list them up on the Giveaways page. All the winners will be notified and sent the gift cards via email.
